The service

Lemsy lays out your pictures with cutting lines and velcro dots, makes printable PDFs, and makes books with AI. Its features may change.

Plans and payments

• Lemsy has a free plan, a paid Maker plan (paid monthly or yearly) and picture packs bought once. What each includes and costs is on the Pricing page.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Maker renews by itself at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Account settings; it then runs to the end of the time you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• A month's AI pictures don't carry over to the next month. A picture pack's pictures are kept until you use them, as long as your account exists.
• If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. A refunded picture pack is taken back; pictures already drawn stay yours.
• We may change prices for future periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, so you can cancel first.

Your account

You must be an adult (18 or over) to have an account. Keep your sign-in safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account. One person per account.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and make. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you. Upload only images you have the right to use.

AI content

AI pictures and texts are made automatically and can contain mistakes: check every page before giving it to a child. AI books draw look-alikes, never characters from TV, films or brands; please don't ask for them. On the Maker plan you may sell what you make with AI pictures, printed or digital. On the free plan and with picture packs, what you make with AI pictures is for personal, home and classroom use. Images you upload are yours to use as far as their licence allows.

Fair use

Don't use the app to make anything illegal, hateful or harmful, to break other people's rights, or to overload or attack it. AI pictures have a monthly allowance.

Safety

Printed pieces are small parts. For children under 3, make every piece bigger than 4 cm, check that the velcro holds, and always play together.

No warranty

The service comes as it is, without warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost work or printing costs. Keep copies of important work (Account settings → Download my data).

Ending

You can delete your account at any time; this ends a Maker plan at once, without a refund for the rest of the paid time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
