Questions about paying
- What counts as one AI picture?
- One drawing the AI makes: a piece of an activity book, a coloring page or a story scene. A 12-piece book uses 12 pictures; an 8-page story uses about 12 to 30.
- What if my month's pictures run out?
- Your own pictures keep working as always. New AI pictures come on the day your month renews, or a picture pack covers you until then.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, in a few clicks under Account settings. Maker keeps working until the end of the time you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- Can I sell the books I make?
- With Maker, yes: printed or as PDFs, on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers or your own shop. On Free and with packs, books are for home and classroom use.
- Who takes my payment?
- Paddle.com, our online reseller. Paddle takes the card, adds the right tax and sends the receipt. Lemsy never sees your card number.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes: if you're not happy, ask within 14 days of paying, by replying to your receipt or writing to us, and you get a full refund.
